Bicycles & Scooters

As recommended by the Australian Safety Council, children under 8 years old are not to bring bicycles or scooters to school. Bicycles/scooters are to be kept in the locked area provided. Children should place their bicycles/scooters in the enclosure immediately after they enter the schoolyard. Children must provide their own chain and lock to secure bicycles and scooters in the enclosure provided.

Bicycles/scooters must not be ridden in school grounds. Students must wear a helmet.

No helmet = no bike or scooter allowed.

No responsibility will be taken, by the school, for bicycle storage.

CHILDREN MUST WEAR APPROVED BICYCLE HELMETS TO AND FROM SCHOOL

*For children under 8, it is strongly recommended if they ride to school that this is done under suitable adult supervision.
